Joshua Rivera is a university student majoring in Information Technology. He has developed IT-related skills through both coursework and certifications, proving technical knowledge regarding IT infrastructure and operating systems. Additionally, he has gained practical skills regarding troubleshooting, tech support, and general IT maintenance through participating in an internship alongside Technology Service Representatives with Orange County Public Schools. Joshua has certifications in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel, as well as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Comptia ITF+. He has moderate experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, C, and SQL. He seeks to obtain an technician-related internship during his remaining time in university, in addition to obtaining further experience in IT and certifications until obtaining his bachelor’s, in order to prepare for his future career in the field of IT.
